I have a deep appreciation for nature observed from a distance. The intricate layers of leaves and branches conceal a myriad of interactions among diverse species of plants and animals. I find great value in those subtle moments where the essence of nature intersects with delicate experiences. These instances serve as a poignant reminder of the remarkable dynamics occurring within the natural world, often just beyond our immediate perception. I think drawing landscape in grayscale with graphite and charcoal emphasizes the mystery.
