Douglas Gilbert will be exhibiting at Biennial Two, a premier juried exhibition celebrating artistic excellence and innovation. This marks Gilbert’s first time showing in New Hampshire.
Juried by Bruce McColl, Curator of Regional Art and Interpretation at the Currier Museum of Art, the exhibition will feature a piece that encapsulates the subtle interplay in Gilbert’s practice between realism and abstraction, adopting an impressionistic style that evokes mood as powerfully as it depicts subject.
